I want to be able to have two different logo's. I want the portal logo to be larger than the forum logo. is this possible?

Yes, it is, actually a lot easier than one would think also. Upload and overwrite logo4.gif with the logo that you would want to use on the portal, and then use the Easy Logo Changer for the forums.
