I find it confusing to have newpost and newpoll from inside a message. Id like to only show addpoll and reply. Is there a setting for this in the admin control panel?

Yeah go into skin management in adminCP and look for "Topic View". Your looking for some sort of header. If you look in your macro's and find the button, you'll see something like <{NEW_POLL}> in there.

thanks man!. I couldnt figure out what the difference was between those. Doesnt make sense to have a new post option within a post.

Well it's handy if you want to make a new topic but not go back to the topic index. Especially if you have a slow internet connection.
