I am trying to sign up a client and am getting a 'transaction error'. The error in non-specific so I am unsure how to rectify. I was using my info (rejected at first because of the email address matching the one for my personal site...no problem I have a gazillion email addys) but now when trying to pay I get the new error.
I am unsure whther or not it went through and would appreciate some staff assistance on this. The invoice is 54261.
You may wish to consider a process to make it easier for those in my situation sign up multiple accounts.
