Well it's been awhile since I posted a site up for a review, so here goes...

I've been working on this for I think a good couple months now, and although it still needs a lot of tweaking and I'm trying to get content loaded onto it as well as come up with a membership idea for exclusive content.

So anyways, here's the link:

(And really 90% of the months it took to get this to live time point was fighting with the fun of setting up my own server to host this, since I'm on a business class connection now. Took me forever to get qmail working properly. )

So yeah, if you see somewhere I can improve something design-wise, don't hesitate to let me know. If you have an idea of something else I can add as far as content-wise, pm me please.

Alerts section's titles are different, but content is the same.

As far as design... I honestly don't know. To be honest, I somewhat expect to see advertisements on a site like this. I think it needs some filler somewhere, and perhaps some ads might even bring it some more much needed color.

As far as ads go, yes I'm in process of working on that to add ads to it.

When I clicked on the "Alerts" link at the top, it brought me to that section. While looking through that section I noticed that the headers for the "stories" were different, however the body or content within those "stories" were the same.

I don't know if that was an accident, purposeful (test), or what...so since everything else on your site looked done, I figured it was an accident and I'd let you know.

Yeah, that's because the RSS feed that it pulls from pulls that same advertisement for some reason. The Alerts stuff is all automatic RSS feed stuff, for some reason I can't get much more than that from the feed, as that's the item description.

It's still being played with.

You need to make it so that the links are distinguishable from plain text. I didn't even realise the text under "Latest Tools" was linked until my mouse accidentally hovered over it.

I've fixied the linkies and I've also redone the Alerts so it looks a little cleaner.
