IPS does a lot of work for the local community in Appomattox.
[edit]If this is the same event, this is what was going on when I was over in the US last year. Considering Appomattox is a tiny place tucked away in some corner of Virginia, a surprising number of people turn up to see this. It's a reenactment of the civil war.
