Simply log into the client area and input your forum member ID in the box at the bottom

There was a pinned topic in the customer forum announcing this, it's a measure to ensure all customer records on the forum are up to date

ok I went to the client area, set my member id, looked her and my name was red again.
Next I went to the costomer forums, tried to open a topic and got this message

We've updated the system that handles upgrading customer accounts on the forum... it should be self updating now

ehm because I'm such a honest guy I have to report I'm able to enter all forums now, so also the gallery and chat wich products I didn't register.

Just did it again but didnt move me back in, so had to log into the Client Center and then i was back in.

Stephan some of us it will not move us back til we login to the client center so its not doing it auto set back as customers

I gave it about 5 mins if i remember..
The prob is that you're doing this at 10am? I know it might be night in the US, but why not find a better time than this? Gets annoying after a while.

maybe 1 time a week at 3am eastern US time
and 1 more thing at 3 am i lost customer status some did not get their's back til 4am i have 1 friend on AIM that did not get it back til 4:06am exact time and he did it by logging into client center it didn't do it auto

It's nothing to worry about, if it's a serious enough issue, just email someone from Managment, they will make sure the claim is valid and take it from there.

I first tried to log in from my ACP, it didnt like my password...so I went to my client center and logged in from there and had no problem logging in

So no can't log into the customer area to reset my member status, hence am doomed to wailing and much gnashing off teeth ....
