if you bought it with its defaults I would recommend at least 512MB RAM (install it yourself a lot cheaper unless it voids your warrentee) and....... ya thats it! Also change the OS X setting to w/e you want tongue.gif

I just ordered my Mac biggrin.gif

After you get it, go buy some ram from Crucial.com and put in the specs of your mac Mini, it will help you pick the ram. You also need a display as well as a keyboard/mouse. wink.gif

Mac mini's are fun... I know, I own one. wink.gif

Most of them are nowadays.. life is much easier for both OS/system users, which is nice to see for a change. original.gif

Sorry for not answering your PM mate... was late. All you need a putty knife and to be careful how you take the covering off to add more ram. original.gif

Does anyone know a lot about macs, and monitors to get speakers to work? Post here or AIM me: xxtyd3rxx please! tongue.gif
Steve
Plug them into the speaker jack and you should be good to go. wink.gif
xxtyderxx
My monitor has one cord: the main one... everyone tells me to do that. On my PC, I plugged in the main cord and the speakers automatically worked..
xxtyderxx
Does anyone know how lol or is there supposed to be another cord..?
xxtyderxx
Where do you buy ram, the best place?
xxtyderxx
Would you reccomend 512 MB or 1 GB. Is the 512 MB enough to make my mac faster, or do I need a 1 GB to make it fast? Sorry for double.. triple... quadrupal posting.. tongue.gif
