Using Windows Server 2003 with IIS, is it possible to have both PHP pages as well as ASP pages? If so, is it stable? I'm NOT looking to share coding with one-another or anything, they will be completely seperate pages.

Yes you can ran PHP and ASP together perfectly fine.
