QUOTE
Kim has lost her youngest brother in a commercial plane crash. As such she is not really up to dealing with IBU for sometime. We have closed the board in order to take that pressure off her mind as she comes to terms with her loss, and helps other family members with the grieving process.

Ironically her brother Paul was himself a commercial pilot was not driving the plane that went done. Devastatingly enough he was on his way to meet his wife for a four year wedding anniversay. It may take us both sometime to get over this and to come to terms with Paul not being there anymore. If anyone had meet Paul you would realise what a huge loss this is.

Regards,
Jeff Ritchie

Kim,

I'm so sorry to hear about your brother. I dont really know how you feel, but I'm sure its worse than how I felt when I lot my grandmother, as he is your brother (which I'm sure is closer to you). I will pray for you tonight, along for your brother and his wife.

I wish you the best of luck,

How long are they going to keep it closed? Yes, I am sympathetical toward Kim, but they should continue nevertheless. Life should move on.

Idiot.

pinch.gif Why do I always leave my computer logged in? Someone might've accessed it. I'm going to delete the message... and go punish one of my sons. But yes, I do feel very sorry for Kim. And I apologise for this mess.

Here's a tip. Turn on the screensaver for 1 minute and make it password protect on resume. That's what I do. original.gif

I know how it feels, Kim. I lost my Uncle last month, he fell while mountaineering in New Zealand. It is and will be tough for the first few months, maybe a year for some people but time is a healer and you should remember your brother when he was having fun with you and your family. There are days when you feel depressed and cry, of course but eventually you will get over it. I think it's really important to cry, you shouldn't bottle it up. Also, you do well to re-start your life again so soon, it takes your mind off things. Live your life to the full though because that's the most important thing, and it is what I will be doing because that is what my Uncle did.

Good luck Kim!

Oh Phil sad.gif I am so very sorry to hear of your loss too, sudden unexpected death is very hard on those left behind, but you are so right, it is focussing on the great things about that person, and the beautiful memories you have that can get you through.

It is also my intention to live my life to the fullest, as that is exactly what my brother was doing!
