It's ok but it runs to slow on my computer.

Honest Criticism: It's slow and it looks very noobish, i'm sorry but there is no way i'd come to your website for optimisation tips never mind hire you to design a site. I almost closed the window as soon as I seen the title bar text constantly changing

Extremely slow. The title bar change is extremely annoying, and that's as far as I got.

At a basic level, its a nice design. However, the text is too small, and Flash just isn't sutiable for a whole website. Unless you can make a flash site that will fit to all different Resolutions.

All the images look blocky, and the moving ||| in the titlebar isnt professional. The Flash header is nice, but again, needs to be bigger. The background colour of the page doesn't suit the flash design placed upon it. The font chosen is not sutiable for a professional website in my opinion.

I'd have to agree with above. Too many 'cool' features that just provide a cluttered and less professional look, and they also slow down the page quite a bit. I'd suggest keeping the header in flash, and making the rest of the page in HTML.
