I have a news page, with news items dynamically obtained from the database. I want to have a comments link where the user can post comments on the article but there are two things here which I would like to link to IPB.

I want the New comment link to go to the new topic screen but have the title pre-filled using the news title.

Also if there is a topicstarted with that title, I want the comments link to open a reply to that topic page.

Can anyone help me?
