I installed mysql 4.1(win32), but I don't know what database type should I use, can anyone tell me? thanks.


1.Multifunctional Database

2.Transactional Database Only

3.Non-Transactional Database Only

Depends on what you are planning to do with it..

Non-transactional... it has the MyISAM table type... which is the whole reason why MySQL is great.
