I just purchased a nice skin from ibunique.com and I dont want it to get loose from my board as then I will get blamed for distributing the skin.
What I mean by this is I have 2 members on my board that are admins I can trust but not 100%. Is there some way of setting permisions for them so when they access the admincp area they have no access to the skin section. Cause if I cant do this they can merely export my new skin and share it with other members of those terrible warez sites

I believe that would be one of IBUnique's premade skin sets, which run around 30 USD if i'm not mistaken. However, the domain name http://www.ibunique.com/ is no longer resolved to any server.

IBUnique is resolving fine for me.
