Hi there,
I am looking for the v1.3 Final default skin, I haven't been able to find it anywhere to download.

Is there anywhere I can get it from, or could someone e-mail it to me?

I dont think you'll get it because you aren't a customer, plus if you were it's no longer availible to download and no one can send you it because it's re-distributing and that's against the IPS/IPB policy.
