lol I find this idea very hilarious. I have never smoked pot and have no intentions of doing so, but I know a lot of people who would love this candy. tongue.gif

Its just a novelty, though, people will only buy it for laughs. I can't think of anyone that buys a half ounce of chronic or hydro because it tastes good.

The stuff is legal, anyway. It's made out of hemp oil.

We have stuff like that over in the netherlands - also "weed" chocolate.

And I'm sure that has nothing to do with the fact that just about everything is legalized in Holland?

Ahh, the UK and US should take Holland's system for some inspiration. Really our government's time and money would be better spent on things other than worrying about what we do with our own bodies. It's scary how much control they wan and already have if you look at it from that perspective. I personally call for better health and drug education, and "decriminalization" of "personal use" of "narcotics". Bust the big sellers, whatever, but let people do what they will. Many use it for medicine, anyway. Besides, if the government messed around with it, crossing breeds and whatnot, plus with genetic manipulation research, who knows... maybe they could create a strain that enhances all the senses and emotions, but doesn't have the "munchies" or "grogginess" effects. Imagine what that would do for the human condition. original.gif

My support of choice is not meant to imply my personal choice in one direction or the other; I prefer to leave that unsaid. :-"
Um...
I read this in the news this morning; looks pretty stupid. pinch.gif

That was my first thought. I don't necessarily care for the smell, and because of that (and the fact that I'm an avid non-smoker) I haven't smoked it myself, but I can't imagine that it would taste that great.

But I don't know that the company is manufacturing it because it tastes good.

I totally agree. I can understand why they would moderate drug use, which is to make sure you don't injure others in the process. But that almost always is the sole form of drunk driving. I personally believe what I choose to do to my own body is my own business, so long as I don't force and/or hurt anyone else to do the same in the process.

You're right on track because the smell of pot (to me) is horrible. I couldn't imagine trying one of these.
