I just designed and coded this; it uses one image, and is meant to look clean/minimal. The code is only semi-semantic, since the easiest way to wrap the header appeared to be by having an additional (non-semantic) divider. It is valid XML/XSLT and valid CSS.

A bit too simple for my liking. The text on Point of no return is a bit fuzzy, and I don't like how on hover the BG goes to the same as the BG colour.

A secondary content block will be added very soon, and possibly a tiny bit of eye candy.

I think you should add some sort of footer.
