Dear God!

Have you ever had those muscle spasms where a muscle in your body keeps twitching? Sometimes it happens in my arm, sometimes it happens right by my eye.
Well here it is 1AM in the morning and there is a muscle on my lower left butt cheek that has been spasming for at least half an hour. I can't go to sleep! Every few seconds my butt jiggles! It's driving me insane.
I've tried massaging it (yes I was massaging my own hind quarters) and that helped for about a minute then it started up again. Agh

I used to get them in my upper leg/knee, I just thought to myself it was all in my head... and they eventually stopped.

Generally caused by a lack of good physical conditioning and a pottasium deficiency.
Eat a banana and it should go away.

Yep, exactly.
If it keeps happening - jump in a swimming pool and then charge your friends for use of the whirlpool.

I get them sometimes around my eyes, I've always attributed it to stress. I should eat more bananas!
I don't know why, but it's funny that Justin should eat a banana to fix his.. err.. twitching cheek.. :-"

Ah.. i hate that.

I get it from time to time, mostly on my legs somewhere (to much at my pc). Never knew bananas help with that.

Yeah I get them now and then. Usually in my arm or eye. Muscle seizures are worse, I had one in my neck once and I couldn't move my head all day. Just had to lay in bed.

I get them a bit. I ad one in my nose for about a week a couple of months ago. Also, I wear glasses, so not only did I look like I was a rabbit, I couldn't see anything except my frames going up and down.
