because there images change every week and it would be annoying to have to change the template over and over, is it integrated into some cms?

You can rotate images using phpAdsnew or any banner ad rotator script. Just set them up as banner ads. I've done this for a client I did some work for who wanted a forums header that changed repeatedly. Other than that you'll need to code. It can also be done with javascript easy enough. Give each image a number 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg and have JS pick a random number and load that image. An ad rotation package already has that logic built in so it would be reinventing the wheel.
