Heh, I really don't think that you would have to. When I was in school, all of the teachers were either male, not very attractive, or old. The kid was like 14, chances are his little buddy was more then eager to rise to the occasion, especially when an older, not exactly hot but not exactly ugly, women was interested in him.

Unfortunatly you are right. Sexuality is a weird thing. When I was in HS we had some young attractive teachers. Believe, me we talked about wanting to have sex with them, a lot. But the adult is the adult and "should" know better on either side of the coin.

It brings up a good question of when is a person at the right age to make life decisions like when to have sex.

15 year old boys want to have sex, it is almost the only thing on our minds at that time.

20-40 year old ladies want to have sex, though most are not as obsesive about it as a 15yo boy.

I am okay with concentual sex between two people, and in this case if both people 15yo boy and adult teacher both concented to the sex, no big deal (in my mind). Had she forced him to have sex, then we have a problem.

My opinion works for the other side of the coin too, if a 15yo girl wants to have sex with a 30 year old male, then so be it, but if forced than there is a problem.

What is hard is where is the line drawn. This world is full of perverts looking to have sex with young people, and if the laws are not inplace to protect them, then problems will happen.

I see no reason why this lady should be put away for 30 years for having cocnentual sex with a minor, he wanted it and the fact it happed three times in three diffrent locations, tells me he was not endangered at any point in time, thus what is the big deal about other then the fact she was married. But that is between her and her husband.

yeah...reminds me of a thread on a board that says raped is not funny and there was a post where a girl told the guy she was raped by her bestfriends bf then after a month, she came over again to his house then raped her again...i mean, What the heck?
