You can't, you download the .zip - and search for what you need from in there...

I think redistribution of IPB files is illegal, so you'll want to visit the IPB download center at
http://www.invisionboard.com/download and re-download 2.0.4, then find the file you need.

If anyone is kind enough to post it, there's no problem posting skin files. I don't have a copy of 2.0.4 to hand at the moment.

I dont think this file is included in the 2.0.4 download, I found it at my installed board...in skin cache...
I think this is the file that you want, isnt it?
