I`d wait until 2.1 Final as there maybe template changes between RC1 + final.

Plus IMHO RC1 is not stable enough for a live community.

I have rc 1 with a huge live board and have had no problems or bugs which affect the board, i say its ok to upgrade.

I'm upgrading to 2.1 RC 1 as soon as IG 2.0 Beta 4 is released. So that will hopefully be very soon

I am confused. I dont want unwanted tables like arcade tables,download system tables and blog and gallery tables in the mysql database ..

What are the default tables very compulusry ?

I am keeping my old tables because i will install the mods again and i wont lose the arcade scored and stuff

I doubt they will support .. But anyone know default ipb mysql tables which are very required for conversion

but they must supply a upgrade script for the upgrade from 2.0.4 to 2.1

Personally, I'd wait.

Many reasons, that inc. skins, templates, custom/availability of modifications, etc, etc, etc. I'm awaiting the final release.
