Are IPS going to sell mods for IPB's?

I so hope so!

IPS already sells mods for IPB You can get a quote from them but i read somewhere that the minimum is about $150 for a mod so i would ask them for a pretty large scale mod

If you ask for a large scale mod, you'll get an adjusted quote, as well. $150 may be the minimum, but it certainly isn't the only price. I've seen quotes for higher than $800.

Yea but if IPS were making main stream mods, they could bring the prices down, because if they make a mod as a one off, price of as $200, if it was available to not only the person who requested it, they may sell 200 copies of that mod, thus being able to bring the price down, if they sold it at $20, that would be $4000, if they sold it to 200 people, that's $3800 more than selling it to one person.

All they have to do is only support mods created by IPS.

I agree. IPB could sell custom mods publicly..erm..is this one of their "products" ?

I almost forgot that its mentioned that the new products wont be related to the IPB..so it has to be one of those apart from the board
