Just a quick question, How do you all run your forums?

Do you have all your different forum sections on your forum index or do you have one forum per section and then sub-forums within the forums? If you know what I mean.

I have categories then all the forums as sub-forums within the categories.

When my board first started, i just had several forums per category.

As it grew, the board index started getting larger and larger, so now i have serveral categories with several forums, and also serveral forums with sub-forums for the minor subjects.

My board is really small, so currently, I have three categories. Each category averages at about three forums. My main forum, Chit-Chat, is further divided into three forums.
