Is there a quick method to turning it on in all forums or do I have to go through every forum individually?

I had to go through each forum..each subforum(incase u have it)..individually to turn it on.

Run the following SQL Query:

SQL

UPDATE ibf_forums SET forum_allow_rating = 1
