I was wonder as it seem I'm too late one this, but will there be Website Integration for it? A way to plug the download mod into say another php script? As I hate running everything off my board, I like to be different so I was just wondering if that could be done or not.

I came over to see how the new 2.1 Downloads Section that Fuse was/is working on, was coming along. I have a member doing a "hosting pilot" for our website, hello Range , and he is running IPB 2.1, and I know he is most anxious to use this MOD as soon as it is finished.

Not to mention, we may upgrade to IPB at WXP when there is a Downloads System, Links System and Portal System available for IPB 2.1. Right now we use all 3 by bfarber for our IPB 2.0.4 forums. They have all worked seamlessly for us, and I and the other partners are waiting for those to be released for IPB 2.1 before we go through with the upgrade.

l'm also using the BFarber version, and have had no problems at all. We are keen to upgrade to 2.1 but our forum revolves around the Download System and Dean seems in no hurry to port it to 2.1. l'd really like to get away fron Dean's mods as much as possible.

Well, if i feel safe considering I have had no bug reports in a while, I will be releasing today.

I have fixed most of the skin errors, As well as I am switching to a new system to export skin templates. But when upgrading ur version, dont run the full installation. Just start at http://forum.com/mod_install.php?step=rebuild.
Or if you would like to start from scratch on a clean system, do the full installation.

Anyway I wouldnt mind a DL system still, so most likely will try this. It's either this or if I feel like I need to pay, I would buy the ib unique one. No clue what other features it would have. other than it being more of a guarantee to get support, I guess.

To answer your question even though it has been posted many times throughout this topic and the one at Invisionize, and to tell you that Beta 3 is already released with a semi-working conversion script would be a crime against humanity that even I can't commit.
