Invision Power Services Announces New Employees
We are pleased to announce three new employees and their duties here at IPS. Over the past several weeks we have been researching those areas that need the most attention and these new staff members will certainly fill those areas and more. You will see improvements in development, documentation and support, and overall customer services in the coming weeks. We look forward to working with the new staff and hope our customers will be better served through their talents.
Brandon Farber:
Brandon was an established member of the Invision Power Board modifying community before relocating to Virginia to work for IPS. His knowledge of the IPB code and clean coding abilities make him the perfect candidate to take over the incremental maintenance releases of IPB. Brandon will be very active in the bug reporting forums next week as he puts together IPB 2.1.2.
Scott Parsons:
Scott recently moved to Virginia with experience in State Government help desks. His experience includes technical writing, tutorials, and guides to reduce the load on the technical staff supporting thousands of users. Scott will be addressing our product manuals, tutorials, and guides as a full time technical writer with IPS starting October 10, 2005.
Erin Fitts:
Erin brings extensive experience in marketing and communications to IPS. She will be responsible for IPS marketing strategies including web sites, press releases, print media, and more. Erin will also be taking on customer relations to identify new ways of servicing our customers internally and providing new community-based programs to encourage interactive customer-to-customer and customer-to-staff resources. Erin will start with IPS on October 18, 2005.
