Can you post the url of your site once you install it. I have never used a 1.1.1 board would be intresting to see where it comes from IPB/S that is.
Geez... it's been so long that I don't remember how compatible v1.1.1 and v1.1.2 skins are. Here are 2 v1.1.2 skins that, if you like, might be worth seeing if they can install.

IPB is no longer free, in order to get updates, you have to purchase IPB
