Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld were on Air Force One and Bush looks out the

Cheney says, "Well, I could throw 10 hundred dollar bills out the window and
make 10 people really happy."

Rumsfeld says, "Oh yeah? Well, I could throw a hundred ten dollar bills out
the window and make a hundred people really happy."

The pilot, who has been listening over the intercom turns to his co-pilot
and says, "I could throw all three of those a--holes out the window and make
millions of people happy!"
