On the news this lady got rob of her XBOX.And it was for her son so sad at gun point. She said it took her whole check. I would never go alone to get anything like that. Thank god my bestfriend is a police officer.

They act like they can take this stuff with them when they die. what's the point. And they get robbed it's a whole new story they want to 'Barneys Girlfriend' & cry about it when it happend to them.

Sad indeed - but to spend your whole check on a gaming system for your kid? I'm sure he has all the clothes and food he needs... and the rent has been paid. thumbsup.gif

I was about to say...

I'd be a lil mad considering I had to wait 8 hours at Wal-Mart to get mine. (I know crazy) but it was soooo worth it.

Maybe she was saying a lady got robbed of a XBox 360 and she is just showing more links of other robbers of XBox 360's.

You realize some people were waiting seven or more hours to get one of those, so its not like they can ask a friend to keep them company the whole time. All things considered, you're more likely to get robbed in general rather than on a day you're picking up a gaming system, you can't always have a police escort.

I remember the late 80's when people were getting robbed for their Jordans at gunpoint, or getting jumped waiting at a bus stop and having them pulled off your feet. Same thing was happening with starter jackets when they first got big. The Xbox robberies don't surprise me, but there will be just as many people robbed for cash by guys who don't have money to get presents for their family.

sad.gif sad to hear about that....people are insane these days
Jaime
People will rob others for anything these days - even £5. Often it's done to feed their addiction to something - like drugs.

Around a week ago I saw a ton of these going for $20k with people actually bidding ermm.gif
Matt
You do realise that the $13,000 auction is for 25 xBoxs?
Luke
Oh... Well the week it first came out there we're some with only one xbox and people we're bidding. There are still a few listed for that much.
