What's she gonna do with used stamps? If they've truly been used, using them again is, I believe, a misdemeanor.

...erm, just noticed the location of the website. Re-using in the US is illegal, dunno about over there.

I think she'll probably sell them on as collectors items and use them to raise funds for the charity.

Hey - if the post office neglects to put their little cancellation marks across the stamps - that's their fault. We reuse 'untainted' stamps all the time

I believe that the stamps get recycled (somehow). I dont know how it works
