lol umm i know this may be a little offending but i'm sure many agree the default skin is not cool at all... and with 2.1.x being kind of fresh there arent many skins to choose from but the little that people submit to invisionize.com maybe IPS can do somthing like Vbulletin and supply skins or hire 1 or 2 skin makers on the site or something just a suggestion

You honestly don't like the default skin? I love it, it's by far my favorite even considering the ones I've purchased on my board. The default skin is simple yet complicated and easy on the eyes.

BTW, doing such simple things as applying an interesting effect to all images (probably except 'tile_*.gif' and the logo) in Photoshop, Corel or other software can change the look of the default skin a lot...

Well thats why I'm making skins now or have creators who have made some. I myself don't hate the default skin, but it doesn't suit people's needs sometimes.

I like those skins but after paying $185 for a license for IPB I really cant afford to pay $40 more for a skin that i will get tired of seeing after a while.
