I wasnt looking for this at all origonally... But I just happened to find it:

It actually works too!

I was actually looking for something that removes all java script from a html page for security (as I dont want to miss anything).

I used this java before..works right if you set it up correctly. I hear the new IE still doesn't support alpha tranparencies...cause M$ suxors.

It's "Javascript", not "Java". They are two entirely different things.
for the record, the new IE DOES support alpha transparencies.

Yes, in fact I believe they take it further, by supporting it natively, without any nasty hacks or workarounds.

Actually I have IE7 on my computer (with IE6) an IE7 does support it. It's about time!

Sadly this only works for regular images.. I don't believe there's a way to do this with background images.

It will work with background images, you just can't use the shorthand declaration.
