Ok, here is a example of what I am looking for.

Go to http://pub.theartofwarfare.net/ and click on rosters.

My clan's structure is set up almost the same way. Except we have 2 Battalions, not 4.

We would like a similar roster section that is integrated with our IPB. So the database would be taken from IPB’s database

We want to be able to have a roster section in our IPB AdminCP. Since we are multi game based. We want to be able to create new "Divisions" based on future games we will support.

We also want automation on several things such as automatic e-mail forwarder creation when a member is validated and automatic deletion of forwarder when a member is deleted.

Also want to auto group forwarders.

We also want the history of updates done to each account such as rank updates, positions updates, awarding medals, when a member is discharged etc…

I would suggest you try asking at Sitepoint.com's forums. However, unless someone has already coded an entire site that can already handle this, I would presume that this would be a costly endeavor.

Your best bet would be to find one already created.
