Well i have to say VB is VB and IPB is IPB, you souldnt copy elements from the VB to use in IPB, my opinion in the matter is you sould make something uniqe and not stolen or copyed from other software.
Try making something yourself and trust me you'll get alot more then that skin you have there (i think VB skin is ass ugly IPB is much better skinned).

Whether or not it was copied from a vB skin, I think he did an excellent job. That's really well done, good job!

From what I've seen, you have modified it alot, I don't think its like vb, but I think its a good job!

It makes your forum look unique - unlike most standard skins, or standard variants you see generally.

Regardless of how easy it may be, or how many there are (especially in right to left based languages), I honestly don't care for negativity to your degree, Dimdum. Constructive criticism is completely different than flat out disregard for someone's work; whether it's based on someone else's (mod) or not.

Sure, it's really looks good, and he did a wonderful work.
I will explain why I got angry... First of all it's important to mention, that there are uncountable amount of forums powered on the IPB 1.3 system here in Israel. Most of them situated on free servers and don't have a domain. Programmers' forums tithed by a lot of mods and special skins, and these forums are usually the well known and the successful forums. And noobs' forums? They tithed by copies. People like him come and steal the skins and the mods and put them to their forum. And as far as I know, he is one of them. Almost all the pictures in his site are stolen, and the VB skin is a simple mod that able for everybody...
But after all, that's really well done, good job!

כמובן שלא ציינתי שהאתר נראה חמוד מאד, והושקע בו לא מעט עבודה.
אבל אני יסביר למה התעצבנתי, קודם כל חשוב שתבין שאצלנו בישראל יש המוני אבל המוני פורומים שבמוססים על IPB 1.3. כולם על שרתים חינמיים ובלי דומיין שלהם. כל מי שמבין בתכנות בונה דברים ומשקיע בפורום שלו, ואלו הם לרוב הפורומים הידועים והמוצלחים. ויש את אותם אלו שבאים ומעתיקים את הקודים ולוקחים רעיונות של אחרים. והוא אחד מהם. כל התמונות לקוחות מאתרים שונים, הסגנון עצמו של הVB לא שלו ועוד הרבה...
