I'm trying to find a company that does designing for these boards... Does IPS have someone they refer or can anyone point me in the right direction?

Not sure if I'm allowed to link to them, but 1lotus did IPB 2.0's skin, and a bunch of other stuff too.

I'd highly recommend the upcoming Montrose River Studios for affordable, professional design. Although their site isn't yet open, you may go to their Forums and post in the Pre-Sales Questions forum for any inquiries you may have.
