If more than x user "report a topic to a moderator" the topic should be "temprarily" closed, until a moderator has reviewed this topic.

think this could be especially useful, if the admin is in vacation for some month. so if a sepcial amount of people report a topic, the topic will be temporarily closed until the admin is back. in some countries the admin is liable for illegally posts. So I even think, this would be a really good built-in feature.

Seems a reasonable idea, I would definately find this useful.

Number settable in the ACP. but set to "unapproved" instead of "locked" (or even that settable) would be fantastic.
