I have a few suggestions to improve the current post editing options, based on vB's current implementation and feedback from users of my own board.

At the moment I think IPB's method of showing a menu and the user having to choose which method he wants to edit with is a bit clunky. I propose the user be automatically be taken to the quick edit screen, with a button offering the option to use full editing if required.

I also suggest a field to give a reason for editing (as has been long requested IIRC).



Just a thought.

I'd like to see the Fast Reply feature rich-text editing, like in vB.
