I currently use the subscription manager with the paypal gateway enabled, and whenever someone subscribes it moves them into a different usergroup correctly however, when they decide to cancel their recurring subscription it takes their special usergroup away even though they have paid for the entire month, is there any possible way to make it so it keeps them for the amount of time they paid rather than cutting them short and having to manually activate them again?

It just seems abit stupid to remove someones entire paid amount of time just because they no longer want to subscribe recurringly.

I know vBulletin does this how it should be done, so I know it's something that's possible to do.

Duuno about you but the subscriptio manager on my board never makes a recurring subscription

There is an option in acp to make it recurring or not, I like to have mine recurring but the issue is if someone cancels that subscription via on the paypal site, it will take their special status away from the forums immediately even though they already paid for an xx amount of time.

I wish i could get the Dam-thing to work. everytime someone subscribes it logs them as subscribed in the admin cp BUT it doesn't mover them to the appropriate group that ive set....

also after the month its saying Status : EXPIRED but ive then again to manually set them back as member, even when i run the Unsubscribe Expired Members in Manage Packages it still keeps them set to the group i had to manually set them to in the first place..

What am i doing wrong..? Is the reason why auto Unsubscribe member's wont work because i had to manually set them in the first place..??
