Hello,

Have you guys at Invision played around with http://sphinxsearch.com ???

I've found it interesting but I do not know the innards of IPB well enough to adapt it to my forum.

Maybe you can post a step by step tutorial here how to adapt http://sphinxsearch.com for IPB 2.1.6

http://sphinxsearch.com can use both MyISAM and InnoDB.

Imagine: Full Text Search on InnoDB (row locking) !!!
Wow! Wow! Wow!

Please help me install this thing.
