Can someone please tell IPB that Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, and Paris all fall under Central European Time which is infact + 2 hours difference from GMT and not +1 as they have it programmed. (And no changing the Daylight Savings Time settings does not correct it).
To set the forum clock to the correct time I have to select Kaliningrad, South Africa.
More information on CET:

Paris, same as Copenhagen is indeed GMT+1. (Same as Stockholm)
Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Litva, Kalingrad are GMT+2
Other question that during summer (daylight saving time), they are like GMT+3.
But this is wrong..
