I would start by asking the website to remove the photo and let them know it is your own personal photo and was stolen. Ask in a nice way and I think most reasonable people would remove it.

I doubt there's little you can do, you see it on myspace et al all the time... girls get their photos taken and somebody sets up a different profile with their photos and pretends to be them.

Not much you can do unless you put the copyrights on the photo you posted. It would involve a lot of time and money to get to the end process you're looking for.
