I don't know about you guys, but when I try to go to IPS Beyond its taking forever to load and I get the little refresh circle going around and around on the Firefox Tab... just a while blank page. And this is the URL I get redirected to... http://www.ipsbeyond.com/forums/index.php

Maybe this is the long awaited re-opening of IPS Beyond? They still don't even have 2.2 on there yet.
