jep there's a zend version and an ioncube version, current status of it is still development status, I don't know whether the final will also be encoded.

Basically all is clear, but unfortunately use of the another's coded scripts is unacceptable for me since in my opinion only creates ostentatious safety and shows a bomb with the timer established on longer time (for which vigilance is lulled) as against open source codes but all the same blown up.

If are looking to support multiple applications for converge other IPS products I believe it was said somewhere on the forums that you will able to write the files necessary to use converge with something else.
