I get this everytime I try to install on a pre-installed Zend server.

Fatal error: Unable to read 21277 bytes in /home/fmplayer/public_html/converge/admin/sources/ipsclass.php on line 0

I don't know if this is a bug, or a problem my end, you can see it here -

If its a bug close this and I'll make a topic in the bug tracker.

It appears your PHP install might have run out of memory. "Cannot read 21277 bytes".
I'm not 100% sure... I know the memory error was similar to that.

Thanks, thats sorted that, now I have the fun of a Internal error

I'm afraid Converge is unsupported at this time, as it is still in Beta stages. I recommend posting about the issue on IPS Beyond if you need assistance.
