Second picture from the first post... That actually happened to me as well once. I was just about to drive away from the swimming pool and there were cars parked on the left and right. I was also very close to that border and didn't see it from within the car. Since the car in front of my drove away, I thought I should leave by driving straight ahead through the gap (instead of driving out of the parking space with the back). Anyways I managed to land with the oil pan on the border - nothing happened though except for some scratches on the bumper. You can see how rock-solid a Toyota is.

Women are undoubtedly worse drivers than men. It's actually scientifically proven that males have a higher state of spacial awareness. It's ok though, we lack boobs to play with all day....so it evens out...

Women also seem to do other things while driving, such as using their cell phone while changing CDs and looking after the children in the backseat. I also see a lot of women eating yoghurt while driving on the freeway for example - of course by holding the jar in one hand, the spoon in the other hand and the steering wheel with their knees.

Apparently it depends on the age group. To be honest, I do prefer female drivers. Men, in my own experience tend to be quite "bravado" at times - they like to drive fast. Some of my male friends really do drive too fast and accelerate too quickly whereas I find females are more laidback and careful. But that's just my (one man) experience. I do think men are a lot more confident (sometimes too much) and skillful though. Women, because they are wired differently to be more in touch with their feelings, tend to get more nervous in stressful situations. They are more careful though in my opinion.

"The weight in pricing varies from company to company and by claims experience over time, but, for example, with all other factors being equal, a female between the ages of 18 and 25 would pay less than her male counterpart because as a rule younger women drivers have fewer accidents and moving violations than males in the same age group,” says Snyder, vice president and assistant general counsel of the American Insurance Association, in Washington, D.C.
The only time gender has a bearing on car insurance rates involves young drivers, says Carolyn Gorman, vice president of the Washington, D.C. office of the Insurance Information Institute (III). Young males, between the ages of 16 to 25, typically pay more than females in their age group, because "many young men are more likely to show daredevil tendencies in their driving because of factors such as emotional immaturity and misplaced feelings of immortality," Gorman pointed out.
Many auto insurance industry experts would agree with the theory that males, especially young men, tend to drive more aggressively than women and display their aggression in a direct manner, rather than indirectly. Furthermore, as a rule of thumb, male drivers are more likely than women to break the law, and the male of the species tends to be more of a risk-taker.

As there are special cases in any situation...absent minded male drivers (hehe). I do very much so, by personal experience!, believe most women, can't drive. I've been hit multiple times by women drivers, in strange places too.
If you see an asian women in a large SUV, whether our in a car or not, get as far away as possible. Same with a blonde women in a red sports car, hehe. (all meant in jest).

Men can be incredibly dangerous drivers, too. This isn't a car story, but just this evening, we were on the highway, and a motorcycle driver (who I assume was a man) sped past us, and went over two lanes to pass another car. We were going nearly 80, which is bad enough, so this guy must have been going at least 100.

Adding to that - the army or some military branch does a geographical test w/ mapping and stuff and you have to find your way around an orienteering course and males find more of the points then females, and have a better ability to retrace and recognize where they have been. Where as females... just don't

Hahaha. Yeah I have to be biased on this one and say that women can't drive. My school they do all sorts of stupid things like if you can't find a parking space part in the visitor slips and get tickets. Backup into the person bumper behind you... speed through a school zone... ect
I have to say though yeah I guess males have tendency to not led down a challenge to race, but thats like maybe a few. How many people actually race another car in the middle of the night at a stop light?

But women do more stupid everyday stuff like attempting to drive w/ their knees will putting on lipstick or looking at a shop window and rolling into someones back bumper. (happened to my friend...)

The rolling into the bumper thing is universal though. I have a friend (girl) was called out of the grocery store to find a man 'rolled' into her bumper. He didn't relize he was rolling, while eating his burger..lol.
Some ppl are just stupid :/

Just the other night I saw a woman driving the wrong way down the road. And the road she was driving down went directly to a onramp to a highway... there was no other way of going besides driving down that onto the highway, going the wrong way.
Thankfully I left before I saw the outcome.
