IP.Board 2.0.x is no longer available for download and is no longer supported by IPS. It's also full of security flaws. IPB isn't a free product, you will need to buy a license in order to use the current version.

No there is no free trial. Also if you find a copy it is illegal to use it as it was non-distributable.
