is there another upgrade coming out soon to fix the bugs in the last version of the gallery, especially the fonts not working ?

What do you mean? Gallery doesn't directly use any fonts? I've received no bug reports related to fonts, unless I'm misunderstanding you.

when you post a comment in the gallery fonts options don't work, its in the bugs section, was on the last version and the present.
contacted support and they say this will be fixed once i upgrade to 2.3.3, well hopefully

Oh, yes, that issue is fixed in IPB itself and is fixed in 2.3.3.
