Hi i just paid for the upgrade, and cannot see any download at all in the client area

Also this forum here http://forums.invisionpower.com/index.php?showforum=414

I can access it but not read anything

can you help please?

Has the payment been approved?

If yes, try logging out and logging back in again

If no, you'll need to wait a while for them to approve it. In my experience this has been as short as 11 minutes, and never longer than a few hours during working hours. But note that there is nobody in the office right now as it's the weekend, so you'll probably need to wait until monday.
