there was and still is an id no2, with same email id on both forums
that has admin rights on both the forums why are his admin rights taken away from him
on forum no2 after converging?

So what I gather is that member id and name have nothing to do with authentication anymore in converge.

So for id no 2 , to be admin on both forums, he will have to let go of his email id on one of the forums and
make a new email id on one of the forums?

Why cant there be an option to have same email id on both forums and yet be able to use converge?

The admin will need to login using the same email address on both sites to be the same account.

Then he needs to be set as an admin on both sites. He will then be an admin on both sites.

Note that there was a bug regarding secondary admins which was fixed in 2.3.4.
