Yes, as has been said in many topics it uses a previous version which apparently allowed for a host to do such a thing.
They have modified the board themselves and given it the "version 2" or whatever. It's most likely version 1.3 though.

No, 1.3 is no longer available. If you download it from ANYWHERE it is in violation.
